After graduating from hotel management school in South Africa, I began my career at the Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town.
I am very passionate about travelling, and began my journey working for The World of Residency, the first residential cruise liner in the world. After spending 5 years building up my knowledge onboard, I decided to explore a new adventure and moved over to Radisson seven seas to further my experience. From there we moved to regent and Oceania.
After 22 years at sea, I served in many positions, from food and beverage, provisions & admin, before received the opportunity to become general manager in 2018, serving 5 years.
Due to covid, I managed to spend more time with my family in South Africa and decided to stop my career at sea. It was time to stop spending time at sea and give others the opportunity to work abroad.
Now I’m in back in South Africa and I want to pass these amazing opportunities to others. I want everyone to have a good career and step up the ladders in life.
